I then usually have access for a few more seconds before the connection is lost and I have to run the troubleshooter again. I run the troubleshooter and it always resets the network adapter, then either fixes the default gateway or fixes the "doesn't have a valid IP". Sometimes the Wi-Fi icon says I'm connected, other times it doesn't, but the internet never works for more than a few seconds.
